Building the Capacity of PECFO
Strengthening our organization is essential to achieving our mission. PECFO focuses on enhancing its internal capacities, from governance and management to resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement, ensuring we are well-equipped to lead conservation efforts in the Pwani region. The Nature Conservancy has funded PECFO for a project aiming to strengthen its capacity in governance and financial strength matters.
We have invested in training PECFO board members, secretariats, and conservancy staff, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective governance. This investment is expected to yield a better conservation outcome
