PECFO Strategic Plan 2025-2029

The PECFO’s Strategic Plan 2025-2029 serves as a roadmap for the next 5 years in fostering community-led wildlife conservation. The Strategic Plan was developed through a participatory approach, providing PECFO with a clear strategic direction that integrates effective governance, community engagement, and the sustainable management of natural resources to strengthen conservancies, enhance biodiversity conservation, and improve local livelihoods across Kenya’s Pwani (Coastal) landscape.

PECFO Membership Guidelines and Code of Conduct

PECFO developed this Code of Conduct to serve as a guiding framework for the implementation of the PECFO Articles of Association, outlining the expected conduct of member conservancies and the procedures for transacting the Association's affairs. The Code forms part of PECFO’s internal regulations, designed to operationalize and provide further clarity on the Articles of Association’s provisions.
